Together with the hire service, we can transfer your baggage from a minimum of 4 persons for € 20 per traveler.
We pick up your baggage from 9 in the morning and drop it off within 16 to the next stage of your journey.
If, instead, you simply want to leave us your empty suitcases at the beginning of the trip, and pick them up at the end, this is a favor we will do for you for free.
Together with luggage transport service, you can also ask for van assistance. On the van you’ll find tools and the driver will also organize your picnics during the ride.

RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellation requests must be sent via e-mail. This is how we reimburse you:
- 30 days or more to the start of the rental: 100% refund minus € 20 as a cancellation fee + eventual foreign transaction fees;
- from 29 to 8 days to the start of rental: 50% refund minus € 20 as a cancellation fee + eventual foreign transaction fees;
- within 7 days to the start of the rental: NO refund, except particular agreement between the Renter and the Rental Company (if possible, by postponing the rental period). rented items or for the deposit of an original personal document. You will get the deposit back at the end of the rental period.
We strongly recommend to book in advance, so that we can guarantee the best possible service. A down payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining amount (balance payment) must be paid before the start of the rental period.
The Renter’s credit card is required as a guarantee and the rental company may henceforth be authorized to charge the repair costs for any damage to the equipment (unless it is demonstrated that the damage was due to a defect specific to the equipment) and the cost of lost or stolen equipment.
As an alternative to the swipe of the credit card as caution deposit method, the Rental Company may ask for a money deposit or for the deposit of an original personal document. You will get the deposit back at the end of the rental period.
For the valuation of the cost of a lost bike, we refer to its value as used, not as brand new:
E-Bike: 1.500 €
Race Bike: 1.000 €
Gravel: 750 €
Mountainbike, Trekking-/Tour Bike: 500 €
The rental company will do its best to deliver and collect the bicycles at the agreed-upon address. Still, occasionally, due to force majeure or other exceptional circumstances, delays may occur, and you will be promptly notified. The delivery drivers are not mechanics and cannot be asked to adjust the bicycles on the spot; this service must be requested in advance.
If the equipment cannot be returned at the time and location, the rental company must be notified ASAP. Customers returning the equipment more than 30 minutes late will be charged for an extra day.
